ご来島の飛行機/船が当日の天候不良などにより欠航した場合はキャンセル料がかからず、予約金もご返金させていただきます（スクエアシステム利用料・振込手数料は除く）。
ただし、欠航や引き返しの可能性がある条件付き運航をお客様判断でキャンセルした場合、その飛行機/船が無事到着した時は通常のキャンセルポリシー適用となります（屋久島便は条件付き運航の頻度が高いのでご注意ください）。
Our cancellation policy is the second half of the reservation confirmation, the full amount from one month in advance.
If the flight/ship you are boarding is cancelled on the day of arrival due to inclement weather or other reasons, no cancellation fee will be charged and the deposit will be refunded (except for the Square system usage fee and bank transfer fee).
However, if you cancel a conditional flight that may be cancelled or turned back at your discretion, the normal cancellation policy will apply when that flight/ship arrives safely (please note that conditional flights are more frequent on Yakushima flights).
